Industrial washing machine for crates CL-T 1000 to CL-T 2000

The large capacity dual lane tunnel washing machine is designed for cleaning up to 2000 Euro crates per hour. The adjustable side and upper guides inside the washing tunnel allow the washing of crates of different sizes. The machines consist of a pre-wash part, main washing part and rinsing part, but can be upgraded with a liquid blow-off tunnel CL-T ABT 1200. All parts are separated with neutral zones.

Due to the problems of handling large numbers of crates, NIEROS recommend the use of an automated logistic system for handling empty crates (in feed and taking away automatically, automated vertical storage house for clean crates).
