Universal tunnel washing machine for crates, palettes and 200 litre buggies

The universal tunnel washing machine is designed for cleaning up to 80 DIN9797 200 litre buggies, up to 800 Euro crates, and up to 100 palettes per hour. The adjustable side and upper guides inside the washing tunnel allow the washing of crates of different sizes (also palettes up to 800 mm width). Smaller items can be washed inside a stainless steel mesh basket. The machines consist of pre-wash part, main washing part and rinsing part, but can be upgraded with a liquid blow-off tunnel CL-T ABT 1200. All parts are separated with neutral zones. Due to the  heavy duty conditions, the machine is upgraded with an automatic buggie loading device, loading table with driven conveyor and roller conveyor for unloading.
