The Utensil washer 8115 is designed for the washing and sterilization of 15 MK B 42 knife baskets, but can also be used for washing dishes, crates and small parts. The automated process has two phases: washing and sterilization (rinsing with clean water at 85°C). The compact design and water recycling system ensure minimal water and energy consumption. The utensil washers can be upgraded with side tables and a shower for pre-washing and the removal of larger dirt particles.
